Vendor Terms

1. Vendor Eligibility Vendors must: Be legally registered businesses Not misrepresent FlowCRM Comply with branding guidelines 2. White-Label & Reseller Policy If white-label access is granted: Vendors may not claim ownership of FlowCRM software Rebranding must comply with approved policies Sub-licensing requires written permission 3. Revenue & Commission The commission structure will be defined in the agreement. Payouts are subject to minimum thresholds Fraudulent accounts void commissions 4. Prohibited Vendor Conduct Vendors may NOT: Oversell features not included Promise guaranteed WhatsApp approvals Mislead customers about official WhatsApp partnership Violate Meta policies 5. Termination of Vendor Agreement FlowCRM reserves the right to terminate vendor accounts for: Misconduct Fraud Brand misuse Policy violations
