1. Introduction Welcome to FlowCRM, a cloud-based WhatsApp CRM and automation platform operated by FlowCRM ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree, you must not use the service. 2. Service Description FlowCRM provides: WhatsApp CRM management tools Automation & chatbot features Multi-user dashboard access Messaging campaign management Analytics & reporting SaaS subscription-based access FlowCRM does not represent WhatsApp Inc. or Meta Platforms Inc. The service integrates WhatsApp services subject to their policies. 3. User Eligibility To use FlowCRM, you must: Be at least 18 years old Have legal authority to operate a business account Comply with local laws Comply with WhatsApp and Meta policies 4. Acceptable Use Policy Users agree NOT to: Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages Engage in fraud, phishing, or misleading campaigns Violate WhatsApp Business policies Use the platform for illegal activities Attempt to hack, disrupt, or reverse engineer the system Violation may result in: Immediate suspension Permanent account termination No refund of subscription 5. Subscription & Payments FlowCRM operates on a paid subscription model. Subscription fees are billed monthly or annually. Payments are non-refundable unless stated otherwise. Failure to pay may result in service suspension. 6. Account Responsibility Users are responsible for: Maintaining login confidentiality All activities under their account Securing API keys Managing employee access FlowCRM is not liable for misuse due to compromised credentials. 7. Data Ownership Users retain ownership of their customer data. FlowCRM processes data solely for providing services. Upon termination, data may be deleted after a retention period. 8. Limitation of Liability FlowCRM shall not be liable for: WhatsApp account bans Third-party service outages Loss of revenue due to misuse Indirect or consequential damages Use of the platform is at your own risk. 9. Termination We reserve the right to: Suspend accounts for violations Terminate services without notice in case of policy breach Modify features at any time 10. Changes to Terms We may update these terms at any time. Continued use implies acceptance of revised terms.
